1. Our Commitment
At Arcade Attic we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns Policy is provided in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable consumer protection legislation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If any goods purchased from Arcade Attic are faulty, not as described, or do not perform as reasonably expected, you have the following rights:
- Within 30 days of purchase: You are entitled to a full refund, repair or replacement at your option.
- Between 30 days and 6 months: We will attempt to repair or replace the item. If unsuccessful, you are entitled to a refund (which may be subject to a deduction for use).
- After 6 months: You must demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of purchase. If proven, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or partial refund.
3. Refurbished Items
All refurbished consoles and accessories sold by Arcade Attic come with a 3-month limited warranty covering hardware defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorised modification.
4. Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy on unused, sealed goods only. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on opened or used goods that are not faulty.
Please note: collectible figures, limited edition items, and merchandise marked as final sale are not eligible for change of mind returns unless faulty.

Please provide your proof of purchase (receipt or order reference), a description of the issue, and whether you would prefer a refund, repair or replacement.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the return arrangement. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible.
7. Trade-In Credits
Trade-in credits issued by Arcade Attic are non-refundable and non-transferable. They have no cash value and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
8. Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:
- Digital content or software
- Items that have been personalised or customised
- Perishable goods
- Items sold as "sold as seen" with defects clearly disclosed at point of sale
9. Consumer Rights
